TEAFLEX JAW-FIT system of fittings for ECO flexible corrugated condiuts incorporates a comprehensive product range of flexible non-metallic cable protection conduits and sophisticated adaptation fittings. The new generation fitting system for corrugated conduits combines quality, safety and assembly convenience at the same time. During the development of the system various beneficial features of different products available on the market have been considered to ensure the best possible safety connection and ease of application. Leading technology implemented by state-of-the-art manufacturing equipment ensures top production, quality and functionality. The remarkable assembly convenience by easy push-in connection of the conduits into the fittings allows a quick and safe connection with all TEAFLEX flexible nonmetallic corrugated conduits. Repeated dismantling for retrofitting of cables and wires or general inspections is possible by using a tool. Re-opening the connection between the conduit and fitting with a tool avoids unintended disconnection or intended vandalism. By twisting the locking-ring element with the tool the retaining jaws are lifted from the corrugation profile and the conduit can be easily pulled out of the fitting body. The loss of individual system components is minimized by the integration of the locking-ring element into the fitting base. The integrated approved sealing system achieves an ingress protection up to IP66. These products meet and beat the respective standard requirements regarding operating reliability and even offer advanced long-term performances.
